2. Account Creation & Security
To access the full range of services on adam22, you are required to register a personal account. During registration, you must provide information that is truthful, accurate, and complete. Providing false or misleading information may result in account termination without prior notice.
Each user is only permitted to hold one (1) account only. Multiple accounts registered by the same individual are strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being suspended or terminated.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password. adam22 will not be held liable for any losses resulting from your failure to protect your login credentials. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, please contact our support team immediately at [email protected].
This platform is only open to individuals who are 18 years and above. By registering an account, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.
3. User Responsibilities & Platform Usage Rules
As an adam22 platform user, you agree to comply with all rules and guidelines set out herein. The platform is intended for personal entertainment purposes only. You are not permitted to:
- Using any automated software, bots, or scripts to access or interact with the platform without prior written authorisation.
- Attempting to hack, disrupt, or compromise the security of the system or other users' data.
- Sharing your account with others or allowing another person to use your account.
- Engaging in any activity that violates Malaysian law or any other applicable local laws.
- Posting content that is offensive, threatening, defamatory, or that infringes upon the rights of other individuals through this platform.
- Using the platform for money laundering or any other unlawful financial activity.
Adam22 reserves the right to investigate any activity suspected of breaching these terms and to take appropriate action, including account suspension or termination.
4. Payments, Deposits & Withdrawals in MYR
All financial transactions on the adam22 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). You are responsible for ensuring that all deposited funds are legitimate and sourced from legally permissible means.
Accepted deposit methods include bank transfers via FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, and GrabPay. The minimum deposit is RM 10 for most methods. All deposits are processed instantly upon confirmation by the payment provider.
Withdrawal of winnings is subject to a one-time identity verification process. The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 50, and transfers to a bank account or eWallet are typically processed within 1 to 3 business days. adam22 reserves the right to place a hold on withdrawals for investigation purposes if suspicious activity is detected on the account.
Any attempt to conduct money laundering, fraud, or unauthorised transactions will be reported to the relevant authorities and the account in question will be terminated immediately.
5. Liability Limits, Account Policy & Intellectual Property

The adam22 platform is provided on an "as is" basis without any express or implied warranties. adam22 is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses suffered by users arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including service disruptions, technical errors, or data loss. Users access this platform entirely at their own risk.
Account Suspension & Closure Policy
Adam22 reserves the right to suspend or close any user account at any time without prior notice in the event of a breach of these terms, fraudulent activity, multiple account usage, or any conduct deemed harmful to the platform or other users. Balances in accounts terminated due to a breach of terms may be forfeited. Users who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting our support team.
Intellectual Property
All content on the adam22 platform — including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, software code, and interface designs — is the exclusive property of adam22 and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are not permitted to copy, modify, distribute, or use any of this content without prior written consent from adam22.

The adam22 platform may contain links to third-party websites or services. adam22 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites. Accessing third-party links is entirely at your own risk.
6. Changes to Terms & Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with the use of the adam22 platform shall first be resolved through negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached, the dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.
